‘glass and stone’ is a multimedia piece by Roman-born composer Clara Iannotta, commissioned by Yarn/Wire and the Festival d’Automne à Paris, supported by the Ernst von Siemens Musikstiftung.
Note: I feel extremely grateful to have been asked by Clara to create a video to accompany her composition work. I’d seen a version of the piece in 2024 when performed by Yarn/Wire at the DiMenna Center for Classical Music in New York, and was deeply humbled when she approaced me to rework the video material.
